"Let's Make It" is a group of friends who come together to share their knowledge about craft, cooking, current affairs, health matters and life in general. There's plenty of chatter, laughter, jokes and on occasion even singing. The group consists of members with craft experience in quilting, applique, knitting, crochet, tapestry, cross stitch and cardmaking. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. The name "Let's Make It:" was chosen because we're willing to have a go at making just about anything. We even had one of the husbands come to the meeting to teach us how to make gnocchi. The ladies usually bring their own projects to the meeting, often referred to UFO's (Unfinished Objects) to work on and if someone gets into difficulty we're all there to give advice and lend a hand if needed. Of course, what's a get together without afternoon tea and this provides time for plenty of discussion and fun. "Let's Make It" meets every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm.
